Tour Itinerary

• 4:00 PM – Pick‑up in Jaisalmer: Your driver meets you at your hotel, homestay or a central point in Jaisalmer. After a brief introduction you start the drive towards Sam Sand Dunes, about 40–45 km from the city.
• 5:00 PM – Arrive at Sam dunes: Reach the desert camp area, stretch your legs and take a few minutes to look around the sea of sand and scattered camel carts and jeeps.
• 5:30 PM – Jeep safari on the dunes: Climb into an open jeep for an exciting ride over the dunes. The driver takes you up and down the sand slopes, stopping at a few scenic points where you can walk, take photos or simply stand and enjoy the views.
• 7:00 PM – Sunset on the sand: Spend time on top of a dune watching the sun go down and the desert slowly cool. This is usually the best moment for photography and quiet appreciation of the landscape.
• 7:30–8:00 PM – Cultural program at camp: Return to the camp where a cultural evening begins with traditional Rajasthani music, dance performances and a relaxed atmosphere around the stage and bonfire area.
• 8:30–9:00 PM – Dinner: Enjoy a vegetarian Marwari buffet dinner at the camp, tasting local dishes such as dal, seasonal vegetables and Indian breads, along with basic desserts and tea.
• 9:30–10:00 PM – Drive back to Jaisalmer: After dinner you board your vehicle again and head back to the city, where you are dropped at your hotel or agreed drop‑off point.

Exclusions:

• Personal insurance for loss of belongings, illness, injury or any other incident during the trip.
• Extra snacks, bottled drinks or special menu items not included in the standard camp dinner.
• Tips or gratuities for driver, camp staff, musicians or dancers, left completely to your discretion.
• Optional camel rides, quad biking or other activities offered at the dunes but not listed in the main itinerary.
• Any additional services or changes requested on the spot beyond the described day trip plan.
